Qualifications
Associate’s degree, military equivalent or related work experience in electronics, computer or biomedical technology. Valid driver’s license with good driving record. Proficient in use of tool and test equipment. Be a positive contributor and work well in both unsupervised individual and team environments.

The Senior Manager of Clinical Engineering will ensure that all aspects of medical equipment repair and service delivery meet or exceed industry accepted service practices, quality, and safety standards. S/he will work from Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, IL, have direct oversight of over 13,000 devices, will manage a budget of $12M and oversee 26 direct reports. The right candidate for this position will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field and bring ten years of progressive management experience to the role – ideally working in a similar setting. While academic experience is preferred, candidates who have experience navigating large and complex provider environments will be given equal consideration. Experience working within a unionized environment will be advantageous, as many of the technicians within Clinical Engineering are unionized.
